The litany against fear
In the Dune novel, the Bene Gesserit used the following chanted words to reduce their fear:
I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain.

deep thoughts by ayca...
So when I wet myself after having a nightmare, is that fear passing through me?
@wherethefishlives - maybe your piss is scary
I think chanting this helped me overcome my stockmarket fears.
Dune is one of my favorite books.
